Executive Director Rosie Trenia Moore has operated this organization for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to its mission.
Through years of professional service, Ms. Moore identified a pressing need to address the challenges faced by individuals overwhelmed by stress, low self-esteem, and life’s adversities. This realization gave rise to Pit to the Palace—an initiative dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals to transform their lives.

For over two decades, Ms. Moore has expertly coordinated every aspect of meetings and events. From initial client consultations to venue scouting, catering, entertainment, staffing, and cleanup, her meticulous approach ensures success at every stage.
Marketing and Promotion Specialist
Ms. Moore has developed and executed comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns. She has coordinated print and digital materials, managed budgets, and implemented effective strategies across social media platforms. Her expertise extends to vendor selection, social media strategy, and performance evaluation, ensuring maximum impact for every campaign.
Image Consultant
Ms. Moore has helped individuals and businesses refine their professional image and communication skills. Her consulting work includes a specialty as a Certified Fit Specialist, enhancing clients’ confidence through improved personal presentation and wardrobe solutions.
